Refund & Revision Policy

We are under an obligation of delivering the work within the proposed deadline and in semblance with the requirement provided. In case of any failure in doing so, the customer is entitled to a partial or full refund as per the company guidelines.

No writers assigned and one-third of the deadline has crossed - Though it's very rare it happens sometimes.  In such a case the amount of refund will be 100%. Customers should not worry as we keep our customers updated about expert allocation and the amount of work completed.

The expert was allocated but the customer wanted to cancel the order-  If the expert gets allocated to the work and starts working and the customer comes with a request for cancellation, the refund amount will be 75%. We will deduct 25% of the cost for the effort of our team is searching for the expert and we also need to pay the amount to the expert in advance so in case of a refund that cost will be incurred by us.

The expert was allocated and has completed 50% of the work and the customer decides to cancel the order- In such a case customer will be entitled to 50% of the amount to compensate the writer's efforts in doing your work.

Late delivery- Though it's a very rare event, in case if we don’t submit the work by the proposed deadline we will offer a refund, the refund amount will be discussed after proper discussion with the customer.

*** We promise you to submit the assignment within the proposed deadline but if any delay happens due to late response from customers, no refund will be disbursed. in that case.

Work not as per the expectations- If any of our customers is not satisfied with the quality of the assignment we will see and rectify the issues highlighted in the work. As per our obligation, we will try to rectify the issues and make it a solution worthy but if the customer is still not satisfied, we will ask our internal quality team to scrutinize the issues and gauge the quality of work, if they find the work to be substandard we will issues the refund and the refund amount will be decided only after proper discussion with the customer and quality team.

Plagiarism issue- If there is a claim that work submitted is plagiarized, a Turnitin report is needed to support that claim and claim refund.

Refund processing- Once the refund confirmation is received, it will be processed within seven business days from the confirmation date. Please note, that the firm can not be held responsible for your Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any Bank service issues.
